Dr Delaram Hanookai

At the Misch Implant Institute, Dr. Hanookai studied the surgical techniques needed to restore various types of complex cases in fractional or total loss of permanent teeth. Upon graduation, Dr. Hanookai was accepted as a Fellow of the ICOI (International Congress of Oral Implantologists), one of the world’s most esteemed dental associations.

Dr. Hanookai has 15 years of specialized experience with grafting bone and gum tissue and the replacement of missing teeth, as well as the restoration of the souls of her patients who once could not smile.

Dr. Hanookai has taken on patients who were rejected by other periodontists as suitable candidates for dental implants. These patients were told that bone or tissue regeneration would fail. Dr. Hanookai has over 98% success with her implants, higher than the national average.

Dr. Hanookai is a former Clinical Instructor of Peridontics at USC and says, “I am honored to have had the opportunity to be a clinical instructor at USC School of Dentistry in the Graduate Peridontics Department. This chance has allowed me to share my experience and knowledge with residents and also through publications in peer journals.”

Dr. Delaram Hanookai’s personal Sherman Oaks-based practice is located in a beautiful Mediterranean-style, spa-like office that offers a serene environment to her patients. She has an I-CAT 3D Imaging machine for precise diagnosis and outstanding dental implant placement. She continues to work in the direction of bringing the best in periodontics to her patients and is always looking forward to meeting new patients who seek her out for her superiority in dental surgeries and implants.

Dr. Hanookai is also an award winning periodontist, having won the “California Society of Periodontology Award” for her outstanding surgical skills.
